In this policy, "Impel Group", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Impel Group, an investment and operating holding company headquartered in Hyderabad, India, together with its subsidiaries, portfolio ventures, the School of Entrepreneurship and Impel Capital (collectively, the "Group"). Each group company acts as a separate controller for the personal information it collects.
2. Information we collect
- Identity & contact data — name, title, employer, email, phone and postal address you provide via forms, email, events or onboarding.
- Investor & counterparty data — KYC, AML, source-of-funds, accreditation, beneficial-ownership and tax information collected from prospective or existing investors and business counterparties.
- Programme data — application, cohort, attendance and assessment information for School of Entrepreneurship programmes.
- Technical data — IP address, device, browser, pages visited, referring URL and similar log data collected automatically when you use our websites.
- Marketing data — preferences, subscriptions and engagement with our updates and events.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18 through our websites.
3. How we use information
- To respond to enquiries, applications, pitches and partnership requests.
